Our Approaches & Field Delivery
Rights-Based Approach
We view vulnerable populations not as recipients of charity, but as individuals with inherent rights. We enable communities to understand rights, hold leaders accountable, and address root causes of inequality.
Community-Based Empowerment
Lasting change happens when communities take ownership. We work closely with local leaders, faith-based organizations, and CBOs to build self-reliance and local leadership.
Community Mentors
Delivered through trusted Community Volunteers identified and trained with support from community leaders. Mentors conduct capacity-building sessions, lead community conversations, and report project progress.
